What a beautiful historic hotel! Absolutely loved the atmosphere and my room faced the city which was lovely. I do wish the elevators were wider but that can't be helped.

Had a great time, but the balcony door was very hard to open and close and the air conditioning was hard to regulate. That being said the staff was wonderful.

People in neighboring units continued to be loud and obnoxious throughout the night and into the morning

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was so refreshing to stay at a hotel with old world charm and not just the basic cookie cutter hotel. I didn't get a chance to use the restaurant/bar, but it looked nice. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Free Starbucks coffee on every floor. And the hotel is situated right in the middle of everything. Just a heads up: that old world charm really means old world lol. That means there is no elevator and the bathrooms are on the smaller side. But the staff is more than happy to assist you with your luggage. I would definitely stay here again.
