The room was dirty cat food under where the TV was cat toys under sofa film around the hot tub and saw bugs. The young man at the desk was very polite and helpful. The woman owner was very rude and was very ignorant in her word choices basically racially profiled my girlfriend that was with me. Will never go here ever again.

Room was filthy. Especially the floors and tub area. No room service at all. Had to ask for towels and no trash pick up. Breakfast buffet was not a buffet. All carbs and sweets. Dead tree in lobby was nice touch. Coffee weak. Beds were comfortable though. Would not recommend.

The location of the hotel is what matters the most since my family lives nearby. The staff has been friendly each time we stay. I like that we do not get disturbed by cleaning or other guests. It’s not fancy, but the beds are comfortable.
