Location: Literally within a 10 minute walk up a hill from the Rainbow Bridge (pedestrian/car border crossing US-Canada) but a longer walk to the Falls (about 20-30 minutes). Plus side of this hotel is that it has free breakfast which runs from 7 am to about 10 am BUT you need to get there early (7-7:30 am) to find a table because there are only about 8-12 tables in the dining area. The food was ok- you get eggs (scrambled, hard boiled or poached) in buffet trays, and sausage or bacon. Coffee and OJ plentiful- plus some small pastries and bagels with plentiful condiments. ROOM: We had a parking lot view from the 7th floor (upper floor- there are only 6-7 floors). Beds were comfy. Shower pressure fantastic. Air conditioner worked decently but albeit noisy (akin to a white noise machine). Only negative is that the housekeeping does not come every day. You have to request it at the front desk. POOL: Spacious, and open from 9 -7 pm daily. Free warm towels and the deep end is about 5 feet or so adults can still enjoy it and even squeeze in some laps. Overall, I would stay here again since the price was great and it served our vacation purpose nicely (only my spouse going for 3 days in Niagara Falls).

Sheets weren’t changed and it was clear that the room hadn’t been otherwise cleaned when I checked in. To their credit, the staff were very responsive and had it taken care of. My stay was fine other than that, though I can’t say it was a good value as I’ve stayed in nicer hotels for half the cost, but it is Niagara Falls after all.
