The best thing about this hotel is its location. It's as close as possible to the American falls and Bridal Veil fall. But I cannot believe at this prince point, the staff can be so unfriendly! At checkin, they were cold and indifferent. When I went to ask for a toothbrush explaining I forgot to pack one, I was told they were out of toothbrush since the morning, with no apology or any facial expression. Next morning when it rained, I went to ask whether they had punchos, I was told stonely no. 3 different staff members at three different encounters and they all had the experession and air that they didn't care or bother to help. It's a shame that they had such a prime location but they wasted that advantage with their poor service.

Property run down and in poor condition. Room had leaky faucet and broken wooden pieces. Location was excellent and only reason we picked the place. In middle of night there was apparently a false alarm that went off and staff was unhelpful.

Check in was a huge line at 3:45pm. Customer service at the desk all get along with each other but do not give that kindness to the guests. Felt like we were not welcomed. In the morning we left before breakfast but went to the coffee station in the lobby. Only water came out. Desk said that they would let someone know. I asked if there was coffee somewhere else and they said no. They are busy downstairs getting breakfast prepared. Not caring or helpful.

Great location to Niagara Falls park in the US side. Comfortable bed. Parking was not free. Overall, highly recommend this hotel. It’s a great value.

Some desk staff were very friendly, others not so much, almost as if we were a bother. Location was good. They were working on the parking lot during our visit. Painting new lines, as well as painting exterior fences. Not an inconvenience in the least, looked like they were trying to upgrade the place.

Staff are carless, waiting over an hour to deal with dirty room( bed linens has hair in both beds) looks like they don’t change bed linens and they are not able to change the rooms. The customer service went to eat and kept me and family waiting in lobby. I went back home with 5 hours driving overnight as I couldn’t find another hotel reservation around 9 pm. They ruined my trip!!!.

The hotel was poorly cleaned. They never attended the room cleaning even asking several times that they are coming but they never did. The staff is extremely rude, sometimes making fun of the customers
