It's an old hotel, and you can hear all the noise from outside and from the other rooms. There's no elevator, and you have to be careful with the heating unit because it can burn you. The rooms are small but comfortable. You have to pay extra if you want housekeeping, but the location is EXCELLENT.

The staff were amazing and so helpful when we had any issues, they addressed it quickly and helpfully. The location is also really great near a metro stop, and it's in the middle between Midtown and downtown which is convenient for sightseeing.

The room was fabulous! We upgraded to a room with a bathroom, it had a tv, desk, microwave, fridge, and the heating worked great. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We definitely would come again!

A somewhat basic hotel but the location is the big selling point. It was clean to a reasonable high standard. Note the rooms are very small, but it was perfect for our one-night stopover in the Big Apple.
