The room was clean along with everything else. The window by the TV has a water leak from the snowstorm. I put a cup to catch the water droplets on the windowsill. Other than that the group was extremely courteous and helpful. I and my wife would definitely return there. Great service. Thank you

There was a fire alarm early one morning and when we rushed to the front desk to ask if everything was ok, the front desk attendant rudely yelled “I don’t know! I just got here!” The room had no body wash and we asked at least 5 times over 2 days and it was never refilled. The hotel was clean and other staff members were friendly. Check in/out was very efficient and easy and the hotel location is ideal.
