Beautiful location and room we stayed in Moondance and loved our balcony. Jetted tub was nice and loved the fireplace. Coffee was so good and available before our sunrise hike for self-serve. Restaurant was AMAZING and the waitstaff were top notch. Loved our stay ❤️

Our stay was fantastic. The villa was spacious and offered everything needed to have a comfortable stay. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they looked amazing. The area offered many options for eating and entertainment. Would definitely recommend for anyone heading to this area.

Hermosa is the best kept secret. This property is peaceful and quiet. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The on grounds restaurant is perfect with indoor and outdoor seating. The pool area is lush and beautiful. We have returned to the Hermosa many time from Michigan. We love it here!

The room had a damp foul odor upon entering like wet carpet was enclosed for a while. I tried to overlook it but then I saw a large cockroach crawling up the wall in the room while getting ready for bed. The property was prompt to send staff at 9 pm to spray the room but that wasn’t safe or smart response seeing that it would mean me sleeping in the ‘odorless’ fumes. It was also surprisingly not quiet either but that related to the neighbors which couldn’t be helped. Every chair drag, toilet usage or early shower could be heard. Too many aggravations. Maybe it was once great but now it’s dated. I checked out early and told the front desk who refunded the remainder of my stay, without argument, but there were no apologies or incentives. She was just in a rush to check me out. I loved that there was a full kitchen and laundry, easy parking, check in was easy and friendly etc but the room was well below my standards. Later I received a call asking if I’d like to sign up as a travel member. They definitely didn’t communicate as my response was “absolutely not”.

Very kind staff and the environment was incredible! It was one of the best trips my wife and I ever experienced.

Place was absolutely spotless inside as well as the grounds . Folks out and about all day doing maintenance be it grounds or otherwise. Hotel , maintenance bar Staff all treated you when passing by , very receptive to needs and friendly.
