Great hotel

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We came down to visit family and found the location to be very convenient. The pool was super clean and towels were provided in the gym area. The breakfast was good and the area was clean, but they served sausage every day we were there and it would have been nice if they'd have switched out with bacon for some variety. Overall the stay was great and I would definitely stay here again.

The room was comfortable and the accommodations were great, but it was loud and noisy most of the night. I tried to sleep in, but the cleaning staff were blasting music from 6am until around 10.

Pool was very hot, we live not far from here, our pool has to 15 or 20 degrees cooler. Looks like thetevwas a disconnect when being built. The ledge all around the pool suggests they were trying to build a large spa. Staff was nice room was ok.

I have stayed at this property several times since it opened a couple of years ago and have always had a pleasant experience except this time. I woke up the next morning after my first night and had mutiple insect bites on my arms and legs. I immediately checked my bed for bed bugs but didnt see any signs of such. I dont know what bit me up but it was very alarming Not seeing any bed bugs lead me to believe it was some other kind of insect.

My family and I stayed 4 days 3 nights. We checked in around 9:30pm with no problems. Breakfast was good. Lauren was the cook there and she did a great job. There was several groups of pre teen and teenage boys and Lauren kept the food coming. Check out was easy. We forgot something in the room after checking out and we was allow to retrieve the item. Definitely will stay there again. Staff was friendly and polite. This place exceeded my expectations.
