I am writing this review as honestly as possible to help others. This hotel is incredibly clean, the staff were wonderful, and the rooms are spacious. However, this had to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had as far as external noise goes. All night long the room above me was stomping around, you could hear people in the hallways, and in the room next to me as well and it was very loud and disturbing. With that type of thin wall, you can imagine what the cleaning service vacuum sounded like in the morning as well at 8:30 am. You do receive a free drink token upon check in for the Steakhouse next door and maybe that’s why they give it so you can sleep through all of the racket. If you’re a light sleeper or just a normal person who expects some quiet in a hotel, perhaps ask for a room on the top floor. Otherwise this place was sooooo nice externally I hate to even say it but it was bad. Loud and obnoxious and not a peaceful stay.

Great rooms but no elevator and a step staircase; not a problem for us but something to think about.
