The new man at the front desk durning the day was very helpful. My only complaint was the toilet but they are actively trying to fix everything. Must better stay this time around . There is a gentleman that works the front desk during the day. I don’t know his name. He is amazing and there’s also a younger gentleman that works at night. He is also amazing. They have really turned the corner and they are trying and I will be back I just stayed there the last couple of days no roaches anymore. The only thing is the toilet didn’t wanna flush but much better staffing all around. everything was much better.

No amenities. Only bar soap and towel. No Kleenex , no coffee pot, no cups for water...not even in the office. Tub spigot broken. One bed mattress on floor, no frame. Thank goodness I only needed it for one night.

This property should be burned to the ground hands down 💯 the worst I've ever been to absolutely could never stay there shame on the owner for the false advertisement and for even having this place open to the public floors are falling through ac didn't work room was full of black mold and my daughter got very sick just from the short time we were there the health department needs to shut this place down asap

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke from the moment I walked in, making it uncomfortable to stay in. I asked to switch rooms, but the staff couldn’t even get the keys to work on three different room doors. Despite being unable to provide a clean, accessible room, they refused to give me a refund. I ended up paying for a room I couldn’t properly use, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. A hotel should at least be able to provide a room that is clean, smoke-free, and accessible, and if they can’t, they should make it right.

I was not happy with my stay. I stayed there two nights and there was not worth money that had to spend on it. I will be checking into a refund. I paid for a suite for two days done kind of room and it was. It was horrible. American ended up falling on my friend, and none of the toiletries was provided.
