The staff at the hotel were nice. When you call the hotels 1-800 number with a problem with scheduling, they just brushed me off and said they can't help. That is the reason for my score. The bed was comfortable

Staff, property, and breakfast were very good. We have been staying at another hotel close by but they charge $5 per night parking even if you don’t have a car to park, and this Holiday Inn does not.
