You can’t fault the location. Very close walking distance to the Goreme town Center. Also the view is incredible of the Balloons.

Beautiful hotel situated in the heart of cappadocia, you can see hundreds of air balloons from the balcony every morning around 6AM Plenty to see and do around the local area.

Hotel itself is beautiful and a great location for balloon watching. The main complaint is our family suite was very hot in the back where the adults sleep. The a/c doesn’t reach the back. We had to ask for a fan which helped but still warm and stuffy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Perfect location and service

We had a flawless experience with the cave suites. Because there was construction going on close to our first suite, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a larger and better room when we arrived. Since we were only going to be staying for three nights, the staff were concerned about our comfort and gave us the upgrade without even asking. Every employee was warm and welcoming. Along with easy access to the center of Groeme and a breathtaking panoramic view, we also enjoyed a lovely view of the hot air balloons from our hotel.

Loved this hotel in a special location. In the gradual process of renovations. Love the communal spaces, courtyards seats, umbrellas, flower beds, terraces with a view. Easy walk to restaurants. Booked the junior double, good space and comfortable bed. Staff are very friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again 😊

My wife and I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had been upgraded, transforming it into a stunning and romantic space that really set the mood for our getaway. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and attentive whenever we encountered any issues, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with breathtaking views, especially of the hot air balloons that add a magical touch to the landscape. We booked last minute and they still help with airport transfer. It was very reasonably priced compared to the other hotels in the area and in a great location. It was a little up the hill so more quiet but still easily existible to the downtown. We would highly recommend this hotel for couples looking for a romantic escape or anyone visiting Goreme. We can't wait to return!

The Best stay ever !!

Yosef at the reception was amazing. He was so helpful and friendly. My room was amazing had a pool an experience I never had before. The breakfast was staff was friendly and accommodating. I definitely will come and stay here by the way this morning seeing the ballon’s right at the roof top was breathtaking incredible.

Amazing hotel and staff! This was a honeymoon trip and we were welcomed with a room upgrade, wine and balloons. The room was clean, comfortable and a shower that I miss on returning home. Every member of staff was friendly and went out of their way. The breakfast buffet was varied, and omlettes were made on request. I would 100% stay here again and have already recommended it
