The beds and pillows were great. Very clean and quiet. It is a lot quieter than a lot of hotels with way less traffic noise. It is well lit at night and has inside doors and cameras for security. Ladies at the desk were great and answered questions about local restaurants and things to see and do. The housekeepers were quiet for later sleepers too. We absolutely will stay again.

We have family in Neosho and Seneca and this location was perfect. A good amount of restaurants and shops within 5min drive (i.e. Walmart, Lowes, gas station, pop eyes, burger king, dollar tree, etc). Staff was great. The only reason I gave it a 4 start is because the walls and floors are paper thin. We were on the ground level and can hear every movement above us.

My stay was exceptional from start to finish. The property sets a high standard for hospitality, beginning with a seamless check-in process managed by an incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive front desk staff. Every interaction with the team felt genuine, and their insights added immense value to my itinerary. The accommodations were immaculate. It is clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, as the room was spotlessly clean, well-sanitized, and thoughtfully arranged upon arrival. Functionality matched the comfort; the air conditioning system operated flawlessly, providing a quiet, easily adjustable, and perfectly controlled climate that ensured a restful night's sleep. In the morning, the breakfast service exceeded expectations. Rather than a standard, uninspired continental spread, the morning meal offered a diverse selection of fresh, high-quality options catering to various dietary preferences, with hot items prepared perfectly. For anyone prioritizing cleanliness, stellar customer service, and reliable amenities, this property delivers a thoroughly dependable and premium travel experience. Highly recommended ……..

Our room was not the cleanest. The bathroom floor and tub could have used much more attention. The shower faucet had black tape all around it. I set the water temp to take a shower and halfway thru my shower, the water got ice cold. I finally was able to adjust the temp only by shutting it off and back on. I then was able finish. it was not easy with the broken faucet. Also, the sink in the main area had great water pressure until it began to make an awful noise then no pressure. It did this multiple times during our one night. I would not recommend this place.

Stay was great, about what you’d expect for this type of motel, this is our second time staying, and would definitely stay again. Even though it was busy, the motel was quiet. Only complaint was that the breakfast left something to be desired. Lady that checked the sand was nice and friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean!
