TV didn’t work. I told the front desk. They tried to explain I didn’t know how to operate it. I’ve had a little experience with turning a tv on. They never came to my room to check. That was unfortunate because it would have been the perfect time to show them the cockroaches in the bathroom including the one on my toothbrush. I reviewed them on their website. They sent me an email apologizing and promising to do better “the next time” I stayed with them. Would have been nice to get a partial refund, but you live and you learn.

Within 2 minutes of exiting our vehicle my friend and myself were verbally agreed and groped by men in the parking lot. The location was filthy. Our room had roaches. The bed smelled of cigars and i found a human pubic hair in the bedding. The lock on the door did not work. I was there for less than 6 hrs before leaving and taking the loss on the reservation. That place should not even be listed on the website

Disgusting. Filthy. Never EVER seeing such a dirty hotel in my life!! Room was super dirt, old and smelly furniture. The lobby” and outside areas had a terrible smell. Elevator not working. Staff unfriendly.

This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. They rented me a room with a massive hole in the ceiling of the shower that was dripping fowl smelling water and drywall. It was a no smoking room but that would have been a better smell than that room. Don’t book this unless you have to just get out of the cold but I wouldn’t shower or sleep in the bed

This was a very nice place. Way better the most motels iv stayed in. Only thing i recommend is not driving a nice car. I was smoking a cigarette at 3:00am and watched two days break into a fudge Cummings then proceed to point guns with lasers at me from the ground.
