Ok so here’s a very honest review! I, by no means, am boogie….. so in my opinion, I got what I paid for! We were in Naples for a soccer tournament and the hotel was just a place to shower and sleep. However, the entire property needs an extreme makeover! The beds are really hard, the bathrooms need help and they lacked the basic amenities like a blow dryer, bed linens etc. the checkin was easy and the people were very nice but it needs help all around!

All staff were pleasant and helpful. The room appeared clean and the pool looked clean and inviting, however it was too cool for me to check it out. The room lacked some items that are generally in hotel rooms, i.e. ice bucket (only an ice bag provided), hangers (you had to request), hair dryer- available upon request, a telephone, and towel racks or hooks. There were only ceiling lights and no table lamp which I like for nighttime reading. I noticed in other rooms there were table lamps so I requested one. The manager told me she would go out the next day and get one, which she did and which I appreciated. Apparently there were a few rooms without bedside lamps, as I saw at least five new lamps in the maintenance man’s vehicle. I let them know that the toilet needed to be attended to as it had to be flushed manually as the little stick inside the lid didn’t make good contact. All in all, minor inconveniences. Not particularly worth an extra hundred dollars a night. But it may bother others more. They call it an inn, but definitely a motel.

Wifi was very bad. Most of the time it did not work. My room had a wire rack for clothes but no hangers. The lamp had no twist stem to turn on & off. I had to plug and unplug it to use it.

Room was old but clean. Bathroom was small and tub was heavily stained. Lighting was poor. Bed linens were thin, no top sheet and spread was thin. Pillows were old. Lock on door was not very secure and if you locked yourself out there was no on one to help until morning.
