Stayed in an apartment style room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room and outdoor areas were clean and well kept. This is a high end area of Naples, so it is a safe place to stay. There are a lot of restaurants close by and the mall is a short walk from the hotel. A very nice Walgreens is close as well as grocery store with Starbucks and additional shopping next door. The room was quiet and had nice blackout curtains for sleeping. My only note for management is that the elevator for the South apartments is extremely slow and very hot inside so it’s kind of miserable waiting for it and riding inside it; I chose to use the stairs when not carrying heavy bags, but that may not be an option for everyone. The elevator also didn’t have a current certificate of operation displayed.

I’ve stayed here a few times and Everything is always on point - comfy bed, nice rooms and love the pool. 5 minutes from the beach and shops walking distance. Super nice staff

The good: location, beautifully landscaped, excellent complimentary breakfast. The bad: unresponsive management-I requested three times for my rooms patio screen door to be fixed, no response; housekeeping service was poor. The pool’s safety rope that divides the deep end of the pool was broken and no one from the staff bothered to fix it. I stayed at the BW because the Gulfcoast Inn was booked and is close by. I will not be booking a future stay at this BW. Thank you.

Everything was clean. Room was dark. The lamps created shadows—not light. Bathroom was well lighted. There is an upholstered chair, but no desk or table to put a book, pen, telephone. Breakfast buffet was basic and adequate. Staff was also present at breakfast

Room was large, a bit tired but clean. The whole place needs a re vamp but the price reflects this. It was cheap and cheerful and served us well. Some of the staff also werent overally friendly. However we enjoyed our stay.

Having stayed here before, This hotel has really gotten run down. The room itself was not too bad but smelt damp. This property is need of a total overhaul. Would definitely not stay here again. We had to eat breakfast in the rain under a leaking umbrella and watch the birds eat cereal from the dispenser and serving spoons. Really disappointing.
