We stayed in a renovated room which was simple but had everything we needed. Breakfast by the pool was great. Pool area and grounds had a tropical feel. Walking distance to beaches. We loved this location!

The room we had was good however the bathroom requires some upgrading, house keeping fell a little short with restocking toiletries, towels, toilet paper, coffee was hit and miss. We found garbage sticking out from the crevices of the couch and areas that could have used a vacuum, one blanket although clean was stained. Both pools were unheated which kept many guests at poolside. The breakfast served in the courtyard every morning was well received and great way to start our day. We would stay here again, because housekeeping issues are easy to remedy.

Disappointed in the room. The room was like stepping into a time warp in the 60s. The furniture was outdated and worn. The carpet was ripped and torn and had duct tape on it. The mattress was too soft and had no support. Very little pressure in the toilet and it clogged. The bathtub was reglazed years ago, but is peeling. To make it even worse the room had roaches. Total total disappointment, especially for a brand named hotel. The advertisement is very misleading. The room that they show in in the advertisement is a remodeled room, clearly not what we stayed in.
Duct tape on carpet. Nice touch. Duct tape can repair anything.

Best Western was a major disappointment. The room was like stepping into a time warp from 60’s it was so old. The carpet was rippled and torn and had duct tape over the ripped part. Furniture was old and dated, mattress was so soft you sunk into the mattress and had no support. Toilet had little pressure and got clogged. Not too mention the room had roaches. When I spoke to the desk help they said the hotel was going through renovations and took time to redo all rooms. No excuse for such a major brand. Asked if we would like the room sprayed for the roaches. TERRIBLE hotel experience.

Excellent place to stay! Spacious, clean suite. Grounds were beautifully landscaped, breakfast by the pool was delicious. The only problem was the 2 pools were not heated, so we couldnt swim.

The room was basic. The bed was very soft and the fitted sheet did not fit the mattress well. It would come off the corners just by laying on the bed.

The room was clean, bathrooms very clean. However when we checked in we were asked if we wanted first or second floor. We said it didn’t matter because we were not told that the elevator was not working in our building, the building maps clearly show there are elevators . Very deceiving.

Wonderful staff and cleanliness of entire property. Staff at poolside breakfast spot each morning were really friendly each morning. We were looking forward to spending a short time in the morning with them to chat.

Just got back from a stay this hotel. Staff were super nice. Room good, a few bugs though. If you want more than basic channels on the tv, take your own Roku. DVDs available to borrow. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Bed was very comfy. Good location.
