Great location, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Free parking and it was lovely walking around downtown and to Oxbow market. Easy self check in, would definitely boom again!

They were very responsive on email and I was able to check in early. The room was very modern and clean and the kitchen offered coffee, snacks and the surrounding area was very nice to sit down and relax. Downtown was a block away. Would definitely stay here again

Amenities were nice. Courtyard was lovely. Staff was prompt. There is not a traditional front desk, which I am not used too. One is in touch with the owner to check in via text or call if there is a room issue via a phone number provided in an email, since there is not a traditional front desk. Just a different way to do things.

Awesome Boutique Hotel

This was a great find close to downtown Napa. Small boutique hotel with a great courtyard and other gathering areas. Highly recommend-comfortable, clean, easy to checkin/out with keyless entry, walkable to dinner, shops, Oxbow market. (Only recommendation would be to add a mirror outside of bathroom)

Wonderful Stay

It was so easy to check in and without the hassel of deposit fees. Ive never been to Napa and wanted a one night stay to see a pianist at Uptown + a nice dinner. R Inn is conveniently located within walking distance of food and entertainment. It was quiet and felt very private. I definitely plan to come back again.

Nice retreat in Napa

This is a very nice, and quite boutique hotel. I was really pleased with the amenities overall. We needed a kitchen for cooking and room 6 had a great kitchen. There wasn't anyone on staff when we arrived, so if you need service or help this might not be the place for you. It is all self serve. My only complaint was our floor was pretty dirty and when I alerted the management to this they did send housekeeping in, but they didn't do much just kind of wiped at the floor with a towel. Our entire floor needed to be cleaned, including the bathroom. I'd say if the floor was mopped and not so dirty I'd be super happy, but we like to walk around bare foot so that was a real bummer.
