Water pressure is horrible. No sound insulation between rooms in the cottage so you hear everything when the occupants in the adjacent room come and go four times at 2am.

We splurged on a fireplace room and were blown away: it was HUGE and had every little thing you could want. Extra blankets to cuddle on the couch, free hot cookies in the evening, lots of pillows on the bed. All spaces were very clean, staff nice and personable. Plenty of parking.

Elm House Inn was the perfect combo of cozy, comfortable, and warm. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and efficient. It’s charming inside and out. Having a quiet place with a fireplace, looking out on the garden with the (all season) hot tub was great. The breakfast was pretty good, very fresh, and the fresh cookies in the early evening were a nice touch. It was like a bed and breakfast with more privacy. I’ll be back!

Everything was wonderful! The check in staff was friendly, the manager was understanding of our situation, the room was super clean (had to unplug the air freshener as I am sensitive, but it smelled good) the fresh cookies were really good and made us feel special, the hot tub was clean (and I am very picky about that that I actually got in) and it was a perfect temperature and relaxing, the morning breakfast was good and varied and our checkout was smooth! My husband and I loved it and will definitely come back anytime I come to Napa! Many thanks and blessings to all at the Elm House! : )

The hotel had easy access from the freeway. It was close to downtown and had an inviting outdoor space. I liked the common area with rooms above and was really impressed by their complimentary breakfast and fresh baked cookies. A wonderful affordable lodging option in Napa.
