设施很新，SPA桑拿体验特别好，晚餐气氛很棒

For the most high end hotel in Boston, lacked updated amenities that other newer hotels have. Rooms were severely dated.

Staff member Nelson was very nice and provided excellent customer service on the 8th floor. I truly appreciated their kindness, professionalism, and helpful attitude. Thank you, Nelson, for making my experience a positive one!

While all of my answers are "excellent" I was a bit disappointed with the fact that my first-floor "view" room actually looked directly into the back of the main entrance signage and flag postings. For a five day stay I was hoping for a better view.

The union was on strike so you can see a noticeable difference in customer service, cleanliness, and vibe of the hotel. The nicer dinning establishments were closed as well as room service. I had to change my room as the first room was dirty with hair throughout the bathroom. They ended up giving me a smaller room and I was too tired to argue. Oh no bellmen either to help with luggage. Wait until the strike is over if you are interested in going.
