Very upset me. I was expected a nice room and clean. But we end up in a self contain room or coutage, very hard to find at night time, no staff available to take us to our rm. They just talk to our driver to take us there. We carry our luaggage from the road down to the courtage and it was dark not safe. Floor not clean, windows dirty no utensils.

Amazing experience from excellent check in with Ana and staff to crisp and clean rooms! Ana went above and beyond for my group of 8 ranging from 2 Seniors, myself and my 5 daughters 4-13. Ana is so inviting and her kind of great customer service as well as the Breakfast crew will keep us coming back again. For lunch the staff at the restaurant were great, food was delicious and we ordered a little bit of everything on the menu and ate poolside in the fun and clean swimming pool!! The whole facility was nice, clean, secluded and quiet. For the affordable price I paid I was very impressed and pleased with the service and ambiance of Sky Lodge. In conclusion, the 12 hours we were there, my only regret is we didn’t stay long enough!! Vinaka Vaka Levu or Malo aupito.. THANK YOU VERY MUCH Tanoa Sky Lodge!!

Ok for the price since it was very cheap but it was not as advertised. When we checked in, the front desk said we’d have complementary breakfast but when we sat down, they said it was for two adults and two children under 12. Because my kids were 15 and 17, they said we’d have to pay for them. Breakfast was advertised on Expedia for $19 but we were charged $25 each. That was an unexpected $50. Another reason we got the hotel was that it advertised a gym but when we asked where it was, they said in their partner hotel 3.5 kilometres away. We couldn’t use the gym the first night as it was too late so the next morning we pushed them for the shuttle to drive us and waited over 90 minutes in the lobby for the shuttle to come. Overall, little things, but they add up with the ants in the room, and mattresses in the sun (probably getting rid of the bedbugs we read about). So happy we didn’t get that room!

I do not recommend this property for long stays. The photos and description do not match the property. The breakfast is free but has limited options. The staff is not very helpful or organized. Getting their shuttle was difficult and confusing. The shower was cold. The building needs renovation. I called ahead to book a babysitter and shuttle and request a crib, but when I got there there was no shuttle to pick us up from the airport and I was told that the hotel does not offer babysitting and that there was no crib in the room, although later they provided one at my request. We only stayed one night but wished we had booked somewhere else.

The property needs some work. I would like to recognize Divya the front desk associate. Also the all the bar attendees were absolutely friendly. The kitchen staff were great . I just want to emphasize that I didn’t like some of the food cooked. Didn’t taste good and on one occasion we had to replace the item.

A Day in Paradise.

Desk and all support staff were way beyond anything I could have expected. Was having trouble with Australian visa. They got me tothe right people in Australia with 3 calls and got it resolved. Excellent complementary breakfast. Stay could not have been any better.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Just a shame about my view but since I was only staying for two nights, it was very convenient. The shower needs an upgrade especially the tap or faucet otherwise, it was a lovely, quiet place to rest.
