the showers are not for tall people

Staff was very nice. Room was clean. Be aware that if you are over 5"7", the shower head is going to be a challenge. If you are over 6'2", you are not going to easily fit in the shower at all. Housekeeping staff was great. Breakfast was limited in what they offered. Not everything was available every day (yogurt, fruit) regardless of how early you go down to breakfast. Waffles, cereal, and muffins were consistently available but bagels and toast were hit or miss. If you like good toilet paper, bring your own. Theirs is ok but I know some people are particular about that. The lotion, shampoo, and conditioner in the pre installed dispensers is super convenient!

No biggie but there were two toilet paper holders in the bathroom and both were nearly empty so we had to ask for tpilet paper. Also, when i went to make coffee, i found the cord too short to reach the outlet. Again, no biggie, but when i moved it to another tabletop closer to an outlet, I found the coffee maker did not work. Finally, besides the bed, there was one small chair for sitting. I think it would be more comfortable for most folks to have at least two chairs in the room. There are times you may be in your room and not feel like laying down. Beyond that, all of the associates we encountered were friendly and hospitable and we would possibly stay here again.

Good for the price

Doing a lot of painting and freshening up. Definitely a little date but was very clean in my room. Hard to beat the price. I just needed a place to sleep for the night while my older parents stayed at Ocean Lakes. Perfect for what I needed. Room had a microwave and mini fridge. No desk chair which made it a little more challenging to work this morning. But it was clean. It’s not the quietest room, you can hear people in and out of their rooms and upstairs.

I arrived at the inn to find out they had no record of my reservation, despite booking through Expedia. After multiple calls with Expedia, and their refusing to book a similar room and compensate for my lost time and frustration, they told me they would issue a refund and add 30 bucks to my account to rebook. I agreed out of tiredness and added a day to the reservation since we had already lost 2 hours. However, due to an issue with Expedia’s system not letting me book the same night although being selected, the booking ended up being for the following night and the night after, instead of the night I actually needed. Once again, after several frustrating calls, neither Expedia nor the hotel was willing to resolve the issue without charging a fee. The hotel manager and the front desk staff were uncooperative and frankly showed no empathy. As a result, I had no choice but to sleep in my car that night. When we finally checked in the next day, things did not improve. Empty shampoo, a full dehumidifier, stains on the bed sheets, hair on all the towels, and nearly empty toilet paper. Nothing was done. I requested room service the following day but they only tidied the beds. I told the front desk and he very rudely said that they were out of those stuff and I should visit the CVS down the road and empty the dehumkdifier myself. I did as the room was very humid and the dehumidifier was full of mold. The breakfast sucked too. I will not book with quality inn and Expedia ever again

The staff was very nice, but I felt like I was back in the 80s. The property was very clean but very outdated. There is no elevator for the people bringing luggage on the second floor. The shower had a soft spot in it. I thought I was gonna end up on the first floor.

Great stay we stayed from Saturday the 5th until Friday the 11th of July Brian was a great worker there as well as everyone else making sure we had clean towels sheets etc. pool was wonderful as well.

Staff very friendly and helpful, however cleaning staff spoke NO English! Staff knocking on all doors at 8:00 AM to ask if we were parked in a spot that painters needed to be on a Holiday! Pool is very visible from very busy road and should have privacy screen on fencing, seemed very odd to swim with that much traffic and restaurant traffic gawking! Handicapped shower was great for my daughter in wheelchair and beds seemed new and were comfortable! Not enough towels in bathroom Breakfast bar - bagels with no cream cheese for 2 days, waffle maker broken and ran out of waffle mix! Had boiled eggs first day but no more remainder of 3 days

We liked the fact that it is near Ocean Lakes Campground & that our room seemed to be clean BUT we never did get the queen beds we made our reservations under & there were roaches on the floor. We immediately left.
