When we first got to the hotel they put us in a room that reeked like mold. I walked back to the front and stated we needed a new room. The second room was much better but they stated that the last room smelled like that because the do not use it during the winter. We were there for 4 days and nobody came to clean the room not even once. Our neighbors were putting garbage outside their room because they were having the same issues.

I was disappointed to be accommodated in a room behind the hotel that looks more like a motel than the Best Western l paid for. The picture is misleading you. When you book it you have to read the fine print and ask for an interior room otherwise they will put you in these motel rooms they have behind the hotel.The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Disappointed in hotel cleanliness and condition

The room was not very clean. I found a used plastic fork behind the nightstand while trying to locate an outlet. The room needs updates for additional outlets. There was a limited number next to the bed, making it difficult to charge a phone and plug in a CPAP. The carpet was dirty and stained. The paint in the bathroom was peeling. The showerhead was gross and needed serious attention to clean all the build up off. I do not recommend this place.

This is the second year I was assigned an exterior room at this location. I specifically selected interior as last year my experience was poor. The rooms in this detached portion of the property are dirty, damp, smelly and the bathroom popcorn ceilings are flaking off on the floors of both rooms I rented. Will not stay at this location again if they cannot honor the interior room I booked.
