My stay was great, had a bit of toilet/plumbing issues, but staff was very reactive and helpful, moved us to different and bigger room. The property could use an overall update and some fixing. But, it’s cost effective and has good location, close to Burlington and North Cascades.

Posted service awards date back to 2010. Stayed one night and skipped second night. Denied second night refund request.

Quiet unit. I didnt swim but the pool was clean. Nice. Air condition unit worked very well with the remote. Working moke detector. I could not figure out how to use the TV. The door bolted OK, but there is quite a gap at the bottom. Clean bed, clean carpet, clean floor in bathroom. Well worn fixtures in bathroom. It was like many 1950s places I've stayed before. Good quality mattress: slept well and no backache.
