Moulvibazar Sadar Vacation Packages

The room was in unacceptable condition — damp and mouldy walls, a strong musty smell, broken sink, and leaking air conditioning. I complained and was moved to another room, but it also had a strong damp smell. I contacted Expedia about a refund but received no satisfactory resolution. I have photos documenting the conditions. Based on my personal experience, I strongly would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

It as good but need to be well maintained. Hot water is a big issue in this hotel. But the service and staff are very good

I was supposed to stay here for four nights, but I had to bail early because the experience was honestly exhausting. It started with the breakfast; I was promised a buffet, but because the hotel was mostly empty, they just served the same three items two days in a row. Unfortunately, I ended up with a bad case of food poisoning after eating there. Things went from bad to worse when I realized some of my personal items had been stolen. When I went to the manager, I expected a serious response, but they basically brushed me off. There was no urgency and no accountability. I decided to check out early, and while the hotel promised to refund the remaining nights, they’ve been completely dishonest about it. They denied the refund through Expedia, and despite promising me directly that they’d fix it, they never did. The empty hallways should have been a red flag. Don’t make my mistake. Avoid this place at all costs.

Great all round star hotel and resort with multiple facilities

Clean, great location, and very friendly staff. Overall excellent for the price paid. Recommend and will stay again.
