Would not stay again. Dirty. Def people who rent it by the hour stay there. Not up to code

The stay was good except housekeeping entered my room while I was out even with the do not disturb card on my door. Apparently they have a policy in place that housekeeping comes in every 3 days. The day they entered was the 2nd day. While I can appreciate the replacement towels and garbage taken out, they never should have come in my room. This policy was told to me after the fact and by the manager, not the staff checking us in. I ended up throwing out my toothbrush because you never know with people, even if management says they are great. I’m definitely not okay with how this was handled. Besides this incident, everything else was good.

This place, for the most part, was absolutely amazing! Very large rooms which made it extremely easy for our large family to stay without being completely cramped and walking all over eachother like we do in normal hotels! My only complaint is the the AC isn't quite big enough for the room so it was a little warm... We plan on staying there again in the future for sure!

Great, helpful staff, nice clean rooms, amazing hot tub. This property made our music festival even better by having a great accommodating facility to use as our home base.

The air conditioner and tv did not work ... it was reported, but still nothing was done about it. There were only two towels in the bathroom, we paid for five people ... we asked for more towels, they said they would deliver the next day, as they didn't have any clean towels. There was a beer can and two vape's left in the room. Only two chairs to sit on at the table. No couch or lounge chairs to sit on. The bathroom was not sanitary clean ... the bathroom was not was in need of repairs. No adjustments made for the lack of sufficient towels, no a/c, no tv, no chairs ... unpleasant stay. The staff was not helpful at all, offered no solutions ... he told us that we have two remote controllers in the room when we said the tv did not work.
