Have stayed here a couple times now. Lovely place. Great value. Will stay here again. Love having two bathrooms. Water pressure was not good & tv in my room had no signal. But in no way did it deter in my stay.

Clean, immaculate property in a great location. My only gripe is that I had requested twin beds for my boys and ended up with a King - however they also let us into the property early so I was happy! Close to all the restaurants, parks and water and staff were all lovely.

Spacious, modern and chic apartment a short distance from the main strip, with Ilve appliances and lots of storage, gorgeous ocean view. Comfortable, clean with great communication and responsiveness from the team.

Lovely big apartment but could not have the sliding doors open due to traffic noise from adjacent busy street. For the same reason we could not use the outdoor area.

Beautiful condition and furnishings with everything you could need for an extended stay including full kitchen facilities and good size table and lounge. Fantastic location over the road from the beach and easy walk to shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and good communication. Only tiny concern was the allocated small car space . If you have anything bigger you may have an issue. Otherwise a perfect holiday

Ocean view was blocked by trees-not Breezes fault. Lacked a few basic commodities eg coffee pods salt/pepper bin liners etc. Balcony very noisy as right on main Esplanade. Otherwise nice modern apartment

From the moment you step into reception this venue is welcoming. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The furniture is modern and there is very limited you could ask for during an apartment stay. That being said our apartment had a couple of minor maintenance issues - paint peeling on the bathroom ceiling (suspected water leak above at some stage), partial blockage in bathroom basin and exhaust fan in bathroom wasn’t working. Regardless it was no issue and we would happily visit again!
