Hotel poco serio y responsable

Muy irresponsablemente me llamaron para decirme que tenían el hotel lleno y que mi reservación quedaba anulada sin más razón que esa. Pero no sabían que igualmente me presentaría en el hotel tratando de solicitar una habitación y si tenían disponibilidad, solamente que el precio no era el mismo que estaba en la página de hoteles.com
