Staff clean

Positive - Friendly staff. Nice (and clean)room. Comfortable pillows. Unique architecture. Pool was refreshing. Close proximity to restaurants (including Cafe Du Monde) and other merchants. Negative - Too much lighting from outside and inside hallway. Bed was not very comfortable. Needed a full length mirror (from my wife). Needs a place to put toiletries in bathroom.

The room was huge and the location was convenient. Everything was very clean.

The Hotel Pompadour is amazing and the staff wonderfully helpful. It’s a quirky place that has gorgeously appointed rooms, filled with a local artist’s gorgeous paintings of New Orleans. The staff were delightfully helpful with restaurant recommendations and even offered us a late check out. The AC works great, which was much appreciated during the hot NOLA summer days. It’s a great location, very walkable to the French Quarter. Def will stay again. Thank you for a wonderful visit to New Orleans!

I Liked the property but got a charge to my CC a few days later for 1200 though i only had 500$ worth of room service ordered. left a sour taste in my mouth.

Staffs are very helpful and laundry is wonderful
