We had an amazing time! The Inn was so clean and close to the beach and downtown area. Very pleased that umbrellas and chairs were also provided. Will definitely return again.

This is a great option if you are looking for a no frills place to stay in Montauk. This property is not on the water but it is across the street from the beach. Very centrally located and clean.

The room had extremely thin walls and there was constant traffic outside the room. We were on the first floor two doors down from where people checked in and out. There was NO privacy and you could hear the conversations of people around you. Was NOT a relaxing experience in the least. We only stayed for 3 hours and checked out. There was no offer of room switch even after I complained. We took the $350 loss of a shoebox of a room and left a day early.
