Clean. Quiet. Accessible to all.

Very clean. Quiet. Easy access to beach. One minute walk to town. Pool area was clean and spacious. Large ice machine was very convenient. My only minor complaint was the mattress. Not comfortable. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Right across from the beach and two blocks from town - a great location. Room was updated and clean, property well maintained and staff really nice. I would stay there again, for sure.

Our first visit to Montauk

Staff was extremely helpful. We arrived late. We had requested a first floor room as I am handicapped. We were told only 2nd floor rooms. The woman at the front desk went somewhere, came back and found a first floor room for us.. The room was nice, kind of small, but we managed. It was super clean and neat. The housekeepers kept it that way for entire stay. We needed and extra pillow and tissues. We called the front desk. They came by in just minutes. Lovely experience!

Such a convenient location! We left our car in the hotel lot and were able to walk around Montauk village to shop and eat! Hotel is steps away from Kirk Park Beach and provides chairs and umbrellas for guests to bring with them to the beach, such a perk! Will definitely be looking into staying here again for any future trips to Montauk.

What a pleasant surprise! This place may look like a typical roadside motel from the outside, but the experience it offers is far beyond that. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome warm, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. The rooms were spotless, thoughtfully maintained, and far more comfortable than we expected. Everything felt fresh and cared for. The location is absolutely perfect, just 1 minute walk from the beach and close to everything in Montauk, yet still quiet enough to relax and unwind. It’s one of those rare places that under-promises and over-delivers. A truly lovely and memorable experience hiding behind a humble exterior. Can’t wait to come back!

This was our first trip to Montauk, and staying at the Ocean Resort Inn guaranteed we will be back! The resort is walkable to the beach and provides beach chairs and towels, and also within walking distance to the main town where the shops and restaurants are located. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with outdoor seating right outside the door. The staff was extremely friendly and provided information on the town and suggestions on where to go, what to see, and what to do--perfect for first timers like us! We had an incredible time staying here and will absolutely be back.

We chose this spot on a whim; centrally, located, and reasonably priced. We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived to see how nice the actual property was. Scarlet at the front desk was sweet and very helpful. The property was well-maintained with cleaning staff and maintenance workers visibly present. Our room was very clean and spacious. The beach was a quick walk across the street & the pool was also very nice. Main Street with shopping, restaurants, etc., were all within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!

Pleasant surprise As we walked into our room Rooms white washed ,floor and bathroom renovated and clean Bed comfortable with linens perfect set We were able to check in a little early and they offered you chairs,umbrella and towels for the short walk across the street to the beach What a convenience ice onsite and short walk 1 block to the strip of stores and restaurants Would definitely stay there again

At first glance i was unsure. However room was super clean and a modern feel Close to everything. Place really grows on you. Had beach chairs, pool was a nice touch and felt private. For the money, pleased.
