Room was clean BUT the bathroom and desk lights did not work. The 2 drinking glasses were filthy and only 1 regular coffee pod for a room that sleeps 6. Sofa was stained and sunken in. We did not want to sit on it. Wr had very loud guests above us and the front desk did not want to deal with it and finally after multiple calls to the desk and bein ignored , I went to the Lobby in my pajamas and complained in person. Finally had the problem resolved ahortly after 11pm. Breakfast was terrible. Limited choices.

Everything could use a deep cleaning and an upgrade. The carpets are stained. The hallways smell old. The pullout is lumpy. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed.

The breakfast is perticularly great and the hotel public area as well as room are very clean and maintained well. Hotel staff is friendly and I got some restaurant recommendation information from a friednly staff.
