I didn’t stay here I booked and the listing had the wrong location so when I turned up they told me I was in the wrong place. I have requested a refund for this but heard nothing so far

Staff was very courteous. Mohammad at breakfast was very helpful. Asma at the front desk also assisted us to plan a trip.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at the hotel. I'm also upset that I didn't get into the apartment until after a 3-hour wait, and that they don't recognize Expedia at all. Now, let me tell you about my experience at the hotel. First, it's not a hotel; it's furnished apartments. Second, you're surprised to find additional charges upon arrival. Third, there are unpleasant smells in the hallways and rooms. Fifth, my bill was 1695 riyals, and upon checkout, it was 1303 riyals. I am extremely disappointed.
