Note that the elevator entrance only goes to the "lower level" but room numbers in the 100's are on the floor below the lower level, accessible by stairs. Wasn't a problem for us but, anyone who has issues with stairs or mobility, you'd want to make sure your room isn't on that level. The perk for being in the 100's is you can walk out your patio door and the outdoor pool is right there. We did enjoy three nights there. 😊

There is no hot water when we arrived. Waited for the whole day, still no progress. The staff is polite but not very helpful in providing alternative solutions. So we checked out early. Expedia contacted the hotel for refund and no one is answering the email or the phone call. So yeah, I got ghosted.

I was tired and crabby by the time I arrived at the hotel and this place just cheered me up. You just can't help but love it! I would absolutely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

First of all, we wanted a room with a balcony and a view of the water. When I booked the room it showed a nice balcony with pictures of the water. Just to make sure this was actually true, I tried to contact the hotel to ask. Instead of getting the hotel I got a reservation line that I believe was over seas and, of course, couldn't answer this question. I then called the number they gave me and was put on hold for over 15 minutes. I never got through to anyone. I tried again and the same thing happened. When we got there, as soon as we walked into our room, our view was of a bunch of kids swimming in the pool just out side our patio door, literally 5 ft from our door. We had a patio but it was like 2 ft deep and was like sitting in a cage! The people at the pool stared at us, right into our room! On top of that, the floor was sandy and their was sand on our very uncomfortable beds. This is very sad since it's a great location. Has a very nice beach and most of the rooms do, in fact, have nice balconies. Just not the ones that are on ground level right by the pool. If this would have been mentioned in the room description and the pictures of the balcony would of been correct that would of been completely different. We would of stayed someone else had we known the truth about our room. Shame on you Pointes North! We will not be staying again.

Great location and grounds. Staff is always friendly and best coffee donuts in the morning. Love this place!
