Location is perfect … lakes is beautiful 1 min walk… shops , restaurants, everything is walking distance! Beautiful lake town !💗 hotel super clean and comfortable! Delicious donut and coffee every morning

The staff we spoke with were wonderful, however the building and rooms needs some investment.

First of all, we wanted a room with a balcony and a view of the water. When I booked the room it showed a nice balcony with pictures of the water. Just to make sure this was actually true, I tried to contact the hotel to ask. Instead of getting the hotel I got a reservation line that I believe was over seas and, of course, couldn't answer this question. I then called the number they gave me and was put on hold for over 15 minutes. I never got through to anyone. I tried again and the same thing happened. When we got there, as soon as we walked into our room, our view was of a bunch of kids swimming in the pool just out side our patio door, literally 5 ft from our door. We had a patio but it was like 2 ft deep and was like sitting in a cage! The people at the pool stared at us, right into our room! On top of that, the floor was sandy and their was sand on our very uncomfortable beds. This is very sad since it's a great location. Has a very nice beach and most of the rooms do, in fact, have nice balconies. Just not the ones that are on ground level right by the pool. If this would have been mentioned in the room description and the pictures of the balcony would of been correct that would of been completely different. We would of stayed someone else had we known the truth about our room. Shame on you Pointes North! We will not be staying again.

The room was great and so was the staff. I just wish they had a better place for breakfast and lunch.

Beautiful hotel! Perfect spot with beach! Def will be going back again for a longer stay!

This property is in a great location right on the bay. We stayed for four days. You can hear other guests talking in the room next door and the hallways so not great sound insulation. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast food was average. The lady working in the breakfast area was super friendly and helpful. We had terrible wifi in our room. There were one or two spots in the room where it worked well. The balcony had no connectivity. This was a pain more than anything, but if you were trying to combine work and a vacation it could be a real problem. I admit I am a clean freak, but I noticed little things around the inside of the hotel that could be improved- stairwells needed vacuuming, trash here and there. No hand sanitizer in the dispenser near the front door the whole time we were there. Overall, we liked it well enough that we may stay here again in the future.

Our room was great for a girls weekend. Beach was awesome and relaxing!
