Staff at checkout not very friendly. Didn’t greet me nor did she get up out of her chair. I put the key on the counter and she says “I can’t reach it” so I had to push it over to the edge cause I guess she couldn’t get up out of her chair!

The pull out bed was very dirty like the sheets had not been cleaned in a while the sheets had not been washed either. Overall the room looked clean but when you got in to the bed was not so much.
