Overall great stay (although we choose the value room). The staff was great, The only thing that we can think is a con - the tv wasn’t a smart tv and it was old and small but they provide dvd movies

DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.

She was very blunt and kind. She understood how late our flight was has comped us another night for in the future when we come back. The room was clean. It’s a beautiful location, very quiet and peaceful and enjoyable.

The hotel’s location was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, considering the price, I expected much better quality and facilities. The bathroom was in very poor condition and felt filthy and unhygienic. To make matters worse, someone was smoking right outside our room door, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, despite being advertised, there was no common room or dining area available. Overall, while the location and staff were nice, the cleanliness, facilities, and overall experience were disappointing. Definitely not worth the price we paid.
