They said they charge per guest... This is the first time I heard that... They wanted to charge me 236 dlls for 4 guests, I booked thru expedia app, same room $136 dlls. I saved 100 dlls booking with expedia!

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent four-night stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that our room was not cleaned once during our entire stay. Additionally, upon checking in, we noticed the bathroom was not stocked with basic toiletries such as hand wash or shampoo. Even it was not refilled despite requesting for refill. On a positive note, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We also visited the casino, which features slot machines and a nice small restaurant that we found to be quite good. I hope you find this feedback helpful for improving the guest experience.

I simply cannot say enough good things about the City Center Motel. This was one of several stays in a road trip through BC, MT and ID and without a question our top pick! First out, the owner (who happened to be on site when we checked in) is lovely. She went above and beyond to accompany special requests, made wonderful locale-relevant suggestions, etc. and is someone who clearly cares deeply about her community. Our room (King Studio) was completely spotless--immaculate really. Welcoming. Tastefully and thoughtfully executed--Beautifully made out beds with extra yummy linens and deliciously thick towels. There are so many little touches that subtly move this a notch above simply a great night's stay. Small things like the mirror inset into the big walk-in shower (which was a delicious with strong rainshower) for my partner's morning shave, a refrigerator/freezer that accommodated everything we'd packed). And a sweet takeaway tote that is always useful for roadtripping! Their name says it --great central location that is an instant walkabout to this wonderful and fully charming town. We will make a point to route through Hamilton again and again!

Blue Mountain is an absolute treasure! Check in was quick and simple. The bedroom space was so comfortable, room was exceptionally clean and well laid out, same for the bathroom. View from the bedroom is amazing. Common space upstairs with pool table, extra bathrooms and sitting areas is a wonderful touch. So many sitting areas to enjoy the outside and views - from the decks to the fishpond! Main house has coffees and teas for whenever you wish. And the breakfast - wow!! Delicious! An absolute gem!!
