This hotel is always clean- breakfast is good. A little dated and little things like light bulbs burned out, bathroom products empty, and train noise can wake you up at night. Overall- I always enjoy my stay here and will definitely be going back when I visit my family in the area!

Best Western Plus Springfield Airport Inn
Make sure you understand this hotel will double charge your card because it pre-authorizes the entire hotel fee. I was unaware of this as I was never informed of this, especially when I booked through Expedia and clicked pay at property.

This is a good hotel. We were there for 2 weeks and the staff was excellent. Best Western Mt.Vernon Inn
We were very happy with our stay at this location. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and comfortable. We like the sink outside the shower and toilet. Shower was good and the mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast was normal-we had what we like. We would stay again.
