I absolutely loved my stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Big Spring, TX! From the moment I walked in, the desk clerk was super nice — welcoming, professional, and made check-in quick and easy. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. Needs

Front desk staff was very friendly. Cleaning seemed as if it was rushed (soap residue in the soap dish; kleenex box cover had spots from spray cleaner on it). Mattress was old (could feel the springs) and very low. I was in a handicapped room (though I did not need that, no problem there). I only mention this because I find it hard to see how a person in a wheel chair would get into and out of that horrible bed. Breakfast was well stocked and area was clean.
