The staff was great but the owner should put more money into their investment. Maintenance is lacking and amenities were very worn (microwave, coffee maker, hot water heater- rusty hot water, furniture). The tv is about 12 inches. If you are looking for a place to sleep it’s not so bad- but if you want a hot shower with clean water this is not the place for you.

Room was clean and spacious. WiFi workwd sporadically had to be set up outside the room. Location of hotel is in proximity to waterfalls. Breakfast area is very small crowded and inadequate for the amount of people at any time of the breakfast time

The hotel was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. It was a little dated, but was perfect for our needs. Parking was right outside our room and even though the property was on a busy street, all was quiet by bedtime.

The hot water did not work in the room, the maintenance person was notified and he did not get it fixed until after 1030 pm, and I wanted to go to sleep. Otherwise the breakfast buffet was hot and yummy. Lots of people went to the breakfast buffet and it was quite busy.

Stayed there twice. First time was when I got into Michigan with my daughter. Room smelled of chlorine but next to pool. No breakfast as mentioned when booking. Booked hotel for the night before I had to leave and still no breakfast. Asked about it and they said it’s under renovations. Mentioned that while booking it had breakfast included and he said he doesn’t know why it’s on there and maybe I should ask for a discount.
