I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all

Everything about our stay at this hotel was perfect until our final night. After returning from dinner, we noticed that $600 was missing from my wallet, which had been stored in the drawer of the nightstand. We left for dinner around 8:00 PM and both took our room keys with us. When we returned, we noticed there was an extra key card in the room that appeared to have been used to keep the lights on in our suite. This immediately raised concerns that someone had entered our room while we were away. We carefully checked our belongings and discovered that $600 had been taken from my wallet. We went to the lobby to report the incident, but instead of receiving support or concern, we were brushed off and told to contact customer service the following morning. The next day, we provided a detailed statement, but the staff then proceeded to go through our luggage and asked me to count the money I still had, which felt invasive and as though we were being treated with suspicion rather than as guests who had experienced a serious issue. It has now been more than a week since the incident, and we have received no meaningful follow-up or update. The only email I received was asking whether I had received the candy that had been placed on the bed, which was extremely disappointing given the seriousness of what had happened. This experience completely changed how I felt about our stay. I never felt that the hotel

El hotel y su personal son muy amables y serviciales. El ambiente es bien familiar, tranquilo y ameno. Está Esta es mi 8 vez que vengo y vuelvo el año próximo.

Todo estuvo en perfecto orden.los empleados muy amables y atentos en especial Ana, María. Me brindó un trato excelente, al igual que agusto.

I am a Prestige Club member but used Expedia to book because I had credits. They would not let me utilize most of my benefits because of it and we had to move rooms because the TV wouldn't work and woke up to a huge roach in the room. Everything they asked me as a member that I wanted for my birthday trip was never given: no snacks, no fav drinks, no birthday gift or dessert like usual. I asked for a bottom-floor room since there are only stairs and got booked on the top floor. It was not a very good experience at all. I won't go back to this resort even though it was my 3rd visit.

Excellent service and food. Beach is nice.
