This place is absolutely terrible. 2 ppl were trying to break into the vending machine when I checked in. The room carpet was dingy and torn. The iron was missing. Light above the sink didn't work. Bathtub had stains all over it. Bathtub faucet was broken - no way to transfer the water from the faucet to the showerhead. I also found indirect evidence of drug use. Also hidden fees - they charge extra for housekeeping and for utilities. DO NOT stay here. Expedia - remove this listing as an option. You will doing your members a huge service.

Both pools close at 6pm at Cinnamon Beach. Splash bad is also closed for maintenance. So, if you arrived and wanted to swim, you had to go over to the resort. The garden tub spout needed maintenance, so it took awhile to get hot water to fill it. This condo was beautiful and the view was incredible. The only downside was there were no dish towels in the kitchen, a roach in our shower, and early closer of the pools .

Apparently recently refurbished, the room was clean and accommodating.

Super friendly, great location, close to the beach. Property is sprawling, but everyone was very attentive to our needs. The executive golf course is fun. Lots to do, recommend

The place was clean and well furnished. This was my first time booking an apartment instead of a hotel, and I loved having access to a kitchen that was fully stocked with cookware and utensils. My one complaint is that there seemed to be frequent events going on nearby that caused parking to disappear on the weekends, since I didn’t pay for a parking spot.

The room was cooled by wondow AC and bed/pillows comfortable. It was a holiday weekend, so kids in pool couldn’t use it too mich. The bicycles were not usable (rusty chains & flt tires). Game room was a nice screened sitting area. Parking was outside the unit l.
