Room smelled like clorox. No remote. Mold. Switched rooms. Stained carpets, broken TP holder and broken soap dish in shower. Room smelled foul. Elevator broke. Had to climb up and down 6 flights to and from room. This should be reported. If I was handicapped, I would have reported them to the proper authorities. Had a great time at the Dolphins game and was ruined by a ghetto hotel and no one cared. If I could get a refund, then I would but I doubt it. Most horrific hotel ever!! This hotel should not even be open and operating right now. Shame on someone!!

Absolutely nothing like the pictures! Went and there was too much activity outside the hotel. I waited to see a room before I checked in but decided against it! I ultimately cancelled my reservation and am fighting to have my monies returned. I asked for a letter to confirm that I cancelled my reservation and was denied. People look as though they live there. Around 8PM the doors were locked, and the patrons had to be buzzed in... and if "bed bugs" and "trafficking" had a look, it's definitely this place! As it gave the feel of Hotel Rwanda! I kid you NOT!!!!

I did stay in the room, lost my deposit,. The checking window wasn’t cleaned and very noisy. The receptionist was behind a glass area which was very hard to communicate with her. A dehumidifier running in the lobbed with a plastic sheet covering half of the lobby, seems to be drying up mold in the area. There weren’t any bathroom in the lobby area, had to walk to the nearest gas station for the bathroom. Three guests ask me not to stay there due to the conditions of the Tommy’s they were in. The outside building looks very old and outdated and scary looking.

The room was spacious; however, there was an unpleasant odor and significant road noise that made sleeping difficult. I always carry lysol so it helped with the smell.
