I did stay in the room, lost my deposit,. The checking window wasn’t cleaned and very noisy. The receptionist was behind a glass area which was very hard to communicate with her. A dehumidifier running in the lobbed with a plastic sheet covering half of the lobby, seems to be drying up mold in the area. There weren’t any bathroom in the lobby area, had to walk to the nearest gas station for the bathroom. Three guests ask me not to stay there due to the conditions of the Tommy’s they were in. The outside building looks very old and outdated and scary looking.

It's a dump. The carpet was wet and smelled like mold. No wash cloths. Room also smelled like smoke. Not sure why i charged an additional hotel fee of 22.50.

positive: hot water and good water pressure. The bed had clean sheets and it was comfortable. negative: The carpet was wet and the room smelled like mold & I had to wear my shoes in the room. (found out it was wet when I took my shoes off and my socks got wet and the bottoms turned black.) I had problems locking the door, had to put suitcase in front of the door and put a chair under the handle to secure it closed. All the fixtures were rusty or discolored and the tub had stuff in the bottom, I had to wear flip-flops in the shower. On check in the lobby was full and we overheard a drug deal going on and the place smelled of marijuana. This was the only hotel within an hour of the airport. If not for that we would have left.

El hotel está un poco viejo, la alarma de incendio sonó a la 1 am y fue algo que nos estresó un poco al final no pasó nada, la cama estaba aguada y la habitación en mal estado me parece que para la calidad del hotel haber pagado poco más de 200 usd es muy caro

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The advertising was completely misleading. I waited 45 minutes at reception, and both the reception area and the room were dirty, smelly, and very noisy. This is unacceptable. Given the false advertising and the unacceptable conditions, I am requesting a full reimbursement for my stay. Please confirm when this refund will be processed.

Waited an hour in line to check in, sliding door to balcony wouldn’t close all the way so street noise was loud all night, the elevator is straight out of a horror movie, the room doors had scratches like Freddy Krueger walked the halls.
