The atmosphere is not on point. The A/C wasn’t functioning, the bathroom wasn’t clean before checking in the hotel, it was a disaster.

North Miami Gardens hotel

El peor hotel. Y la respuesta de Hotel.com ha sido pésima. En una situación que tiene que ver con salubridad, seguridad y comodidad en un hotel que reservamos a través de su plataforma. No pudimos quedarnos en ese hotel había hasta comida podrida debajo de la consola del aire acondicionada, el deshague de la bañera estaba roto con un gran tornillo por fuera un asunto de seguridad. Hotel.com no se hace para nada responsable del engaño de las fotos que se publican en su plataforma. Nuevamente reitero el interés del reembolso del pago del hotel, no hay forma de ver las condiciones reales del hotel hasta que llegas allí, esa política de reembolso solo cuando se solicita 24 horas antes es injusta y no es para nada objetiva. Las camas, alfombras estaban húmedas y olían abombao. Las paredes tenían hongo negro. Una estadía de terror que hotel.com se ha hecho que no es su responsabilidad cuando es a través de su plataforma que se completan las reservaciones y después no quieren responder.

The place is extremely unsafe for people's health the room is moldy the fan ihas mold full of dust balls the window curtain full of mold spotted dirty filthy the fire alarm thing is open with no battery the Room ceiling is moldy the walls are spotted with moles coming down the carpet is dirty sticky brown spots everywhere the bathroom is unspeakable this has been the worst place ever. Outside clearly prostitutes standing against the walls with different types of things on them walking back-and-forth in the lobby and no one no security to escort them out. This place is not fit to be called a hotel not even a motel this place has 0 stars. I have pictures and videos as proof if needed

I will never stay at that hotel. They gave me a room and when I got there, it said I’m unavailable. They don’t want to return my money, completely unprofessional and the property look dirty outside no parking. What kind of hotel is this?

The property looked NOTHING like the pictures online. The elevators were extremely loud and felt very unsafe, shook and lights flickered as they traveled. There were unexpected fees, an additional $100 that they promised would be returned and which I’m still waiting for 3 days later plus an additional $22 and change which O do not know what it was for. I checked out very early (6-6:30am), turned in my key to front desk and still haven’t been sent a receipt. I chose it for its location close to the event I needed to attend, but trusted the pictures online unfortunately.

Terrible experience and awful customer service. My hotel room was completely unsanitary - I found bed bugs and random hairs in the beds, making it impossible to stay the night. The staff was very unhelpful, and don’t even bother trying to call the hotel as no one answers the phone. I would not recommend anyone stay here. The only recommendation I would make is for a health inspection to be done.

Rather drive home

Where do we start. Check in was. At 4:00. Yes I get I was early 3:40 to be exact. $50 to check in 15 mins early? If I was made aware I would’ve paid $50 and checked in at 8am early. Proceed to stand at the desk until 4:01 to finally get check in. The lobby was a mess renovations going on so every old piece of furniture is stacked in the lobby. Used mattresses being unloaded from U-Haul trucks not wrapped or in plastic lining. ALL NIGHT THE ELEVATOR WAS SO OBNOXIOUSLY LOUD IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP. IT DIDNT STOP IT WAS ALL DAY AS WELL SO THATS THAT. WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN. PICTURES ARE DECEIVEING. PRICE MATCHES QUAILTY of stay 114$

This place is terrible, and I do not recommend anyone stay here. The pictures you see online are misleading. The lobby is cluttered with couches, desks, and trash everywhere. The elevator makes a noise like an airplane, and the room smells like urine. A public bathroom would be better than the one in the room. I spent six hours here because I arrived late, and the next day, I checked out.

DO NOT STAY! This hotel should not even be open. They should have to do a mandatory health inspection. Walking inside to the roof leaking and the desk people not noticing it when it was literally leaking on customers then had a problem with my check in. Finally got to the bottom of it and got to the room and it was FILTHY! It didn’t even look like the floors were swept or bathroom was cleaned. Had a musty smell to it. Didn’t see bugs yet but it was still light out so I’m sure I would have. Refused to stay there. Didn’t have the microwave or fridge like it was supposed to either. All together just a nasty hotel. I would recommend taking it off your website because it’s bad advertising. Sadly didn’t take no pics just was focused on finding somewhere else to stay and getting out of there.

Run-catfish hotel

Hotel was nothing short of terrible. Paid affirmed $20 at property with an affirm al $59 to check in 1 1/2hr early. You’re lucky if your parking is not in the dark sketchy alley way. Walking in the hotel, the doors don’t properly work, the lobby is ground to ceiling with dirty stinky furniture, checking in through the only glass window, you patiently get dripped on with water by a leak, the elevator door does not even close all the way to give you a view all the way up (if it even works- broken min into stay) if not you have to move your way through filthy furniture to go in the stinky stairwell up to your room only to find thekey does not even work. The door barks shirts. The smell of the room and uncleanliness is nothing short of disgusting, no toilet seat, you are provided only 3 throw pillows, 1 towel to share for hands and body… for all staying. No phone to call desk, tv did not work. Long story short all in all terrible all the way around and walked right out.
