Would give this 0 stars across the board if I could. Absolutely disgusting. I knew it wasn’t going to be the Ritz and generally don’t care about it being exceptionally clean but it was gross. Tried to take a nap and couldn’t sleep because I felt grime in the sheets. Left before I had to sleep there and checked into a different spot. Do not stay here.

The online reviews are very deceiving. The rooms are older and the carpets are VERY dirty. Clumps of dust and hair in the corners. There is only one elevator and we waited so long that we had to plan to leave an extra 15 minutes early to get to our destination on time, esp during breakfast time. Breakfast was okay but again had to wait for the staff to refill them in timely manners. There is just parking in the back and you have to enter through the pool area to come in so that wasn’t convenient.

It’s like being home and the friendly staff takes care of me as family does. This stay I booked the room with living room. Huge, clean, well equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 2 big TVs. I was able to watch some HGTV shows comfortably seated on the sofa in the living room. They serve free breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30 am Monday to Friday, breakfast hours on Saturday and Sunday are 7:00 to 10:00 am. Free shuttle service from and to the airport. Drivers appreciate your kind tips. Close to the front desk is a market where you can buy sodas, juices, water, energy drinks, protein shakes. If you wake up at 2 am craving for an ice cream cone, a Snicker ice cream bar, or a microwave pizza just open the fridge in the Market, pick your favorite and pay at the front desk, it’s open 24/7. The hotel has a nice swimming pool area. The Holiday Inn Express Miami Airport Doral Area is conveniently located walking distance to City Place where you can find great restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, movie theater, nail salon and a cool sport bar and restaurant where you practice your bowling skills. Marshall’s, Home Goods, Ross, CVS, banks, Panda Express, World of Beer and a Gym are walking distance from the hotel as well. A special mention to the fabulous staff at this hotel. The GM Stiven Salazar leads the most friendly, and professional staff that welcome you ready to ensure that you are comfortable and have a great stay. Thanks to Stiven, Alex, Emely, Catalina and staff.

Would stay again, precruise. Uber cheaper to cruise port than their 3rd party shuttle. Property is very pretty. We did laundry the evening of our stay, but only one washer and dryer so first come first serve. Every place is expensive in Miami.

This hotel is well located in Doral, Florida. Marshall’s, Home Goods, City Place, Ross, CVS, Citibank, and more are walking distance from the hotel. Your stay includes shuttle service from and to the airport and a delicious breakfast. The rooms are very clean and well equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Kudos to the hotel general manager Stiven Salazar and all the staff for making my stay safe and comfortable. I recommend staying at this hotel 💯%.
