The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and I thought it was a perfect stay until I went to access the shuttle to the port, the following day. The staff member who booked me, put me down for the wrong day. Since I wasn’t familiar with using Uber (and the staff weren’t helpful in that regard), I ended up paying for a cab - which cost me almost as much as my stay the evening before 😫. My suggestion would be that management develops a policy to correct situations like this, when their staff error - rather than just a shoulder shrug and apology.

Nice pool, but if it was busier or warmer they might need more chairs. Room was clean and big. Elevators were efficient. Breakfast was included, clean area, excellent staff, great selection. Shuttle service to the cruise terminal came to the hotel and cheap. Great location- 2 blocks from target.

The room was nice, as were all the staff. The issues we had included 1 of the 2 elevators was out of order, making for long waits. Our coffeemaker was defective, but they did replace it. I think $22/day to self park in a tiny, cramped lot, is abusive. The most irritating thing was the noise. We had a 2nd floor room and heard lots of cars drag racing late at night, as well as loud trucks that rolled and emptied large dumpsters, early in the mornings. I doubt we'll stay there again.
