Quite a mediocre stay for the fees and the price. The room was booked for two adults but there was only one robe provided. The fees and description mentioned that hotel travel fee includes a glass of wine/champagne but non was offered at the arrival. I wish I have stayed at the 5 star Marriott. I would be cheaper and I always feel welcome there. I will not be going back to Hotel AKA. I liked it for the SPA before and decided to come back and stay at the hotel but I was disappointed. Again, because I paid a 5 star fee + rate for the 4- room and 2star level of service.

One of the boxed waters in my rom was drank from and left with the other so it appeared unused, counters in bathroom were relatively dirty, and there was vomit in an elevator one evening. I do appreciate the room upgrade though!
