The listing for our accommodation indicated that breakfast was included and we had to pay extra. The window had quite a few bird droppings. The doors and walls were thin and we could hear others. The bed was uncomfortable. The staff members were kind, housekeeping was available each day, and the pool and jacuzzi were open.

Very frustrating stay. The AC unit was incredibly loud and made it difficult to sleep. When we complained, the front desk employee seemed uninterested. We asked to switch rooms but were told the hotel was fully booked. They later said the AC was repaired, but the noise never changed. The hotel also had an event going on, and kids were running around the hallways being very loud at night. We were in town for a sports event and needed proper rest, which was impossible. Would not stay here again
