Hotel is modern, clean & in very good condition as the hotel is newly built. Room, bed & bed linen was comfortable & very clean. There is an opening window with a safety lock, air con, tea/coffee/water & fridge. Bathroom comfortable size with toiletries available & a powerful hair dryer. Thank you to the staff who are all professional, friendly & attentive. Nursel our room cleaner is very helpful & our room was kept in excellent condition. There are shops across the road. I can recommend this hotel.

Elektrik ve su kesintisi yaşandı

Otelin konumu arka sokaklar pek düzgün olmasa da idare eder. Temizlik açısından gerçekten çok iyiydi biz aile olarak kaldık. Kahvaltısı da çeşitlilik açısından çok iyiydi ama maalesef ki çıkış yapacağımız sabah kahvaltıya inmeden önce elektrikler kesildi ve jeneratörleri bile çalışmadı biz 4.katta kaldığımızdan dolayı onca katı merdivenle indik çıktık. Diğer odada da annemle babam kalıyordu elektrik gidince onların odasında da su kesintisi olmuş. Kahvaltı sırasında elektrik gelse de çıkış yapacağımız zaman elektriklerin yeniden gitmesiyle onca valizi eşyayı 4.kattan merdiven ile omzumuzda yüklenerek taşıdık. Çıkış aşamasında elektriklerin yeniden gittiğini belirttiğimizde lobideki beyfendi bize gülerek dalga geçer gibi cevap verdi jeneratör bozulmuş tamir edilecekmiş. Normalde çalıştığınız otelde böyle bir durum olsa özür dilenir veya pişmanlık bildiren bir cümle kurulur. Otel konaklamamız güzel başlasa da biraz hayal kırıklığına uğrattı maalesef.

Fena değil ama gelişmeli.

310 numaralı odada ilk gece kabusu yaşadık. Oda çok sorunlu, duştan çıkınca buharı yüzünden gece 3 de yangın alarmı ötmeye başladı. Çok yüksek bir ses. O gece sinir stresden uyuyamadık. Sonra oda değişim istedik sonraki gün 5'inci katta bit odaya geçtik. Havuz küçük ama yetiyor az misafir tercih ediyor. Sauna iyi ama buhar odası çalışmıyor.
