I had serious issues with invoicing. Hotels.com does not provide local invoices, and despite the hotel promising to follow up with a call, no one ever contacted me. I would not recommend using Hotels.com if you require proper local documentation.

Excellent hotel and great honest service

I have stayed in several Divan hotels in Turkey, but this Divan hotel in Mesin in Excellent in providing services. The receptionist are great and they upgraded my room to sea views which was amazing. However, something else made me to feel good about this place was I forgot my wallet with large amount of money but they phoned me and returned my wallet, for this I thank the hotel management and particularly Ms. Marwah, the guest relations who spent time to arrange the return of my wallet.

Mersin close to the sea hotel.

Nice hotel close to the coast in Mersin, Turkey. Modern and well kept. The staff was very nice. Easy walk to the boardwalk and many high end restaurants. Didn’t have an outdoor pool.
