Room smell, had to turn on fan on AC to disperse smell. Otherwise, hard to breathe. Bed and towels appeared clean but room was in poor condition. Patio door had no lock, just a wood stick in slide track preventing from opening all the way. Asked for check in room and access codes on day of checked in. Waited end even after 3 pm check in time, still had not receive code. Had to contact them constantly and finally received. Bright part is the price and for the poor living conditions, ok for our 1 night stay.

Staff was very friendly. We came in a night early and they were able to give us a regular room with late check out and early check in for our suite the next day. They only thing i didn't like is the fridge in a normal room was a nice size with a small freezer so we went and got ice cream and when we moved the big suite had a tiny fridge with no freezer!

I planned a 2 night stay with 4 kids for a vacation. The pool was not usable on the day of arrival and they weren't sure if it would be available for the next day either. I therefore requested a partial refund for this inconvenience. The front desk woman went to ask the supervisor and came back saying I should leave because they cant accommodate my request and she is cancelling my reservation. She proceede in a calm voiceto tell me that Ihave 15 minutesto find anotherplaceand keave or she has to call the police becauseIwouldbe considered loitering!! I was in shock as I was not rude at all I only asked for a partial refund due to their mishap. I would not recommend staying here. Rude front desk young woman needs some communication skills training.

The incidental fee was very high bathtub was peeling. They had rules in their hotel that were very, not good. Best way to put it. You can’t be on your cell phones in the corridors. You can’t do that. You can’t do that but if you have an emergency on your phone what are you supposed to do? Tell him sorry I can’t be on the phone in the car door and hang up on him. I don’t think so. Garbage can stunk. I’m not very helpful at all.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the feather pillows were less than desirable, so if you like a firm pillow, make sure you bring yours from home. They didn't tend to the room after the first night (make bed, empty trash cans), but I think that may be the norm these days.
