We booked a room with a pool or beach view, but they gave us an one with a garden view. The hotel is relaxing, but the service is slow. The check in was very slow

This is truly a wonderful property. Everything is very beautiful. The pool is ginormous. It's a very short walk to the beach. But what really excels at this property is the staff. They were extremely helpful. The front desk was available whenever I needed them. They arranged taxis for me and gave me a lot of helpful information about the property. I did have a problem getting a taxi one night and the head of security came out and talked to the drivers and was able to find a reasonable taxi fee for me. My room was spacious and it was extremely clean. The one downside of the property is that they only give out of waters on the first night and I was out of water.

The hotel is fantastic, great view. The rooms are amazing and the breakfast in the balcony is unimaginable. The staff were amazing. I want to recognize Fayel our receptionist and Kariana thr Resturant Manager. They were fantastic

Amazing experience, excellent location, amazing staff and beautiful rooms.

A very beautiful hotel. Clean and newly renovated. Although this isn't a traditional hotel. For example, they don't have a reception, and their breakfast is very unpredictable. I had a table laid out for me, looked like I was the only one, but was not offered options. I just had an omelette given to me. The next day I texted the receptionist (via whatsapp) to understand, and she informed me that it's whatever the cook has, so if I wanted something I should ask. It would have been nice to inform guests this in advance. The room was spacious and comfortable. The safe in the room was locked, I asked twice for it to be opened for me to use, and it never was.
