The website said water park would be open May 8 and still wasn’t open on May 9 wasted my money for my kids birthday and didn’t even get to swim. What a dirty place

The hot tub was dirty, and the pool was also dirty with insects; there was no cleanliness. In the rooms, the curtains are not wide enough to block the sunlight, which is bothersome because it prevents proper rest
